What you'll do

As a Commercial Counsel at Amplitude, you will be responsible for drafting and negotiating a variety of commercial agreements, including customer contracts, vendor agreements, and partnership agreements. You will work closely with the sales and product teams to ensure that legal considerations are integrated into business decisions. Your role will involve advising on compliance with applicable laws and regulations, as well as managing legal risks associated with the company's operations. You will also play a key role in developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal requirements.
