TouchBistro is seeking a Sales Planning & Commissions Manager to optimize the variable commission process across the organization. You'll collaborate with finance, sales, and customer success teams to design and execute compensation plans. This role requires experience in sales planning and commission management.
You have a strong background in sales planning and commission management, with a proven track record of optimizing compensation processes. Your analytical skills allow you to assess performance metrics and provide insights to senior leadership. You are adept at collaborating with various teams, including Sales and Customer Success, to ensure clarity and alignment on commission structures. Your experience includes designing variable compensation plans that drive performance and support organizational growth. You understand the importance of maintaining accurate documentation and communication regarding compensation plans, ensuring all stakeholders are informed and engaged. You are detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks while maintaining a focus on achieving strategic goals.
In this role, you will execute and optimize the end-to-end commissions process, which includes tracking people inputs, quota consumption, and commission outputs. You will analyze performance data and report findings to senior leadership, ensuring that compensation plans align with organizational goals. You will take the lead in designing variable compensation plans, maintaining system updates, and communicating changes to the Go-to-Market teams. Your recommendations will help set up quota metrics for specific roles, driving the execution of new metrics for compensation. You will work closely with Sales and Customer Success leadership to address any commission discrepancies or questions, ensuring a smooth process for all employees. Additionally, you will collaborate with Legal and HR to maintain and update compensation plan documents, as well as partner with the Financial Planning & Analysis team to forecast plan results under different scenarios.
