What you'll do

As the Operations Trainer II at Axon, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective training programs for Manufacturing Operators and teams. You will assist in the development and execution of new hire orientation, ensuring that all new employees are equipped with the knowledge and skills they need to succeed in their roles. You will also facilitate product-specific training sessions, helping employees understand the intricacies of Axon's products and manufacturing processes.

You will collaborate closely with various stakeholders, including team leaders and management, to identify training needs and develop tailored training solutions. Your role will involve evaluating the effectiveness of training programs and making necessary adjustments based on feedback and performance metrics. You will also contribute to the continuous improvement of training materials and methodologies, ensuring that they remain relevant and impactful.
