SecurityScorecard is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own and scale the MAX Service Delivery Platform. You'll be responsible for driving product strategy and collaborating with internal teams and external partners. This role requires significant experience in product management.
You have a strong background in product management, ideally with 5+ years of experience leading product initiatives in a technology-driven environment. You understand the intricacies of managing product lifecycles and have a proven track record of delivering successful products that meet user needs. Your ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders is one of your key strengths, allowing you to translate complex technical concepts into actionable insights. You are data-driven and comfortable using metrics to inform your decisions, ensuring that your product strategies are aligned with business goals. You thrive in collaborative settings and enjoy working closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams to bring innovative solutions to market.
Experience in cybersecurity or SaaS products would be a significant advantage, as would familiarity with service delivery platforms. You are passionate about user experience and have a keen eye for detail, ensuring that the products you manage not only meet functional requirements but also provide a seamless user experience. You are proactive in seeking feedback and iterating on product features based on user input, demonstrating your commitment to continuous improvement.
In this role, you will take ownership of the MAX Service Delivery Platform, driving its development and scaling efforts. You will work closely with internal teams to understand their needs and ensure that the platform supports their objectives effectively. Your responsibilities will include defining the product roadmap, prioritizing features based on user feedback and business impact, and collaborating with engineering teams to deliver high-quality solutions. You will also engage with external service partners to ensure that the platform meets their requirements and enhances their service delivery capabilities. Regularly analyzing product performance metrics will be essential to inform your decisions and guide future enhancements. You will lead product discovery sessions, conduct user research, and facilitate workshops to gather insights that will shape the product's direction.
