Rubrik is seeking a Senior Analyst for Deal Structuring to support their sales organization. You'll work closely with sales leaders to streamline deal cycles and manage complex deal structures. This role requires 5+ years of experience in deal management or sales operations.
You have over 5 years of experience in deal management, sales operations, or business operations, ideally with a focus on contracting. You possess the ability to manage a large volume of nonstandard quotes and terms requests, establishing trusting relationships with team members and cross-functional teams. Your skills in influencing policy and process improvements are well-developed, allowing you to navigate complex situations effectively. You understand the interests behind positions and excel at finding workable solutions to objections. Your proactive engagement and alignment with company values are evident in your work.
Experience in a fast-paced sales environment is a plus, as is familiarity with sales tools and automation requirements. You are comfortable leading strategic conversations with sales leaders and have a knack for driving forward deal momentum. Your analytical skills enable you to understand complex problems and provide clear explanations for solutions.
In this role, you will support the sales organization by acting as an escalation point for deal exceptions and complex structuring issues. You will engage with sales leaders to facilitate faster closures and streamline the deal cycle. Your responsibilities will include designing and approving deals and commercial models, ensuring they align with company revenue and profitability goals. You will collaborate closely with various teams to maintain a strong deal desk function, adapting to the growing needs of the business. Your role will require you to lead discussions on high-level strategic matters, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned and informed throughout the deal process.
