You have extensive experience in business development, particularly within the technology sector, and a proven track record of driving growth and transformation for clients. Your leadership skills are exceptional, allowing you to build and develop diverse teams that deliver outstanding customer outcomes. You are adept at collaborating with C-suite executives and understand the nuances of various industries, including Financial Services, Retail, and Technology. Your strategic mindset enables you to implement innovative solutions that leverage AWS services effectively. You are passionate about using technology to solve complex problems and drive business success.
In this role, you will be responsible for leading the Professional Services team in Canada, focusing on developing and executing strategies that enhance customer engagement and drive AWS adoption. You will collaborate closely with sales and partner teams to shape and close large enterprise commitments, ensuring that customer needs are met with tailored AWS solutions. Your role will involve overseeing the ProServe Canada P&L, managing resources effectively to maximize revenue growth. You will also be tasked with fostering relationships with key stakeholders, including CTOs and CIOs, to understand their challenges and align AWS offerings with their business objectives. Additionally, you will drive innovation within your team, exploring the use of generative AI technologies to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Amazon provides a competitive salary range of CAD 172,200.00 - 287,600.00 annually, along with comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as retirement savings plans.
