Sr. Product Manager, Lakeflow

Who you are

You have 5+ years of experience in product management, particularly in data orchestration or related fields. What you'll do

As a Senior Product Manager on the Lakeflow Jobs team, you will be responsible for shaping the future of data-aware orchestration on the Databricks Data Intelligence Platform. You will define the strategy for evolving control-flow capabilities and authoring experiences that empower customers to productionize workflows effectively. Your role will involve collaborating with engineers and designers to ensure that the Jobs orchestrator meets the highest standards of reliability and usability.

You will lead efforts to drive adoption of the orchestration platform, working closely with field teams to gather feedback and iterate on features. Your responsibilities will include defining the product roadmap, prioritizing features based on customer needs, and ensuring alignment with overall business objectives. You will also be involved in user research and testing to validate new features and enhancements.
