Databricks is hiring a Senior Product Manager for the Lakeflow Jobs team to shape the future of data-aware orchestration on their Data Intelligence Platform. You'll work closely with engineers and designers to define the roadmap and drive adoption of best-in-class orchestration capabilities. This role requires a deep understanding of orchestration workflows and data pipelines.
You have 5+ years of experience in product management, particularly in data orchestration or related fields. Your background includes a strong understanding of data pipelines and service reliability, which allows you to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. You are customer-focused and have a proven track record of driving product strategy and adoption in complex environments.
You thrive in collaborative settings, working closely with engineers, designers, and field teams to define product roadmaps. Your analytical skills enable you to make data-driven decisions, and you are comfortable using metrics to measure success and iterate on product features. You understand the importance of user experience and are passionate about creating intuitive interfaces that enhance customer satisfaction.
Experience with orchestration tools or platforms is a plus, as is familiarity with AI/ML workloads.
