You are an organized individual with a keen eye for detail, ready to take on the role of Recruiting Coordinator at Rain. In this role, you will coordinate interviews across various teams, managing complex calendars with ease. You will serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, delivering a thoughtful and professional candidate experience at our NYC office. Your responsibilities will include managing interview logistics, such as scheduling, confirmations, and follow-ups, while maintaining accurate and up-to-date data in our Applicant Tracking System (Ashby). You will support recruiters with job postings, resume reviews, and candidate pipeline management, partnering closely with hiring managers to ensure that interview processes run smoothly. Your role will be pivotal in shaping the candidate experience and ensuring that Rain attracts top talent in the fintech industry.
