In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring they receive the support and resources they need to succeed with Reltio's data management solutions. You will collaborate with internal teams, including sales, product, and engineering, to advocate for customer needs and drive product improvements. You will conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services. Your role will also involve gathering feedback from clients to inform product development and enhance the overall customer experience. You will be responsible for tracking customer engagement metrics and reporting on success stories to highlight the impact of Reltio's solutions.
