You have a degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, and you possess a solid understanding of DevOps principles and practices. You have experience with cloud services, particularly AWS, and are comfortable working with containerization technologies like Docker. Your background includes managing Linux systems, and you are familiar with automation tools such as Ansible. You are a problem solver who enjoys tackling technical challenges and have a keen interest in improving system performance and scalability. You thrive in collaborative environments and are eager to work with cross-functional teams to drive successful outcomes. In this role, you will ensure the stability, scalability, and performance of Point72's technology infrastructure. You will support and maintain a range of vendor SaaS products, ensuring seamless operation across the organization. Your responsibilities will include providing production support, addressing user inquiries, and resolving issues for both business and technical users. You will monitor and manage production and UAT runtimes, identifying problems, implementing fixes, and recommending improvements for enhanced system stability and scalability. Additionally, you will assist in the execution of software development projects, contributing your technical expertise to drive successful outcomes. You will take ownership of issues and tasks, tracking progress to completion and providing timely updates to stakeholders. Your versatility will be key as you adapt to new systems, including legacy and SaaS products.
