Who you are

You are a strategic finance leader with a proven track record in financial planning and analysis. With at least 5 years of experience in a similar role, you have developed a deep understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and performance management. You thrive in a data-driven environment and enjoy building and leading high-performing teams. Your strong quantitative skills enable you to challenge conventional wisdom and drive insights that inform business decisions. You are comfortable working with senior leadership and can effectively communicate complex financial concepts in a clear and concise manner.

Desirable

Experience in the food or e-commerce industry is a plus, as is familiarity with financial modeling and analysis tools. You have a knack for developing scalable processes and can create a cohesive financial narrative that connects strategy with execution. Your leadership style fosters a culture of accountability, curiosity, and continuous improvement within your team.

What you'll do

As the Associate Director FP&A at HelloFresh, you will lead the FP&A function and oversee the development of the company’s budget and multi-year business plans. You will manage a team of 5 FP&A professionals, ensuring best-in-class financial planning and performance management. Your role will involve setting the vision for the FP&A function and building scalable processes that support the company's growth. You will audit and stress test data inputs to financial models, ensuring accuracy and reliability in reporting. Collaborating closely with other departments, you will drive insights that enable data-driven decision-making across the organization. You will also be responsible for creating a cohesive financial narrative that aligns with the company's strategic goals.
