Okta is seeking an APJ Sales Onboarding and Enablement Manager to lead the localization of sales enablement programs for the APJ region. You'll focus on onboarding and training initiatives, ensuring sellers are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge. This role requires experience in sales enablement and a strong understanding of technical environments.
You have a strong background in sales enablement, ideally with experience in onboarding programs that cater to diverse audiences. You understand the nuances of local markets and can adapt training materials to meet specific regional needs. Your ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams ensures that you can effectively deliver engaging training sessions that resonate with sellers. You are a lifelong learner who embraces new challenges and is committed to continuous improvement in sales training methodologies.
Experience with identity management solutions or familiarity with Okta and Auth0 platforms is a plus. You may also have a background in technical sales or a related field, which enhances your ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and effectively.
In this role, you will spearhead the localization of sales enablement programs for the APJ region, focusing primarily on onboarding initiatives. You will work closely with the Global Sales Enablement Team to ensure that new hires ramp up quickly and effectively. Your responsibilities will include developing training materials, conducting virtual instructor-led sessions, and creating immersive learning experiences that enhance seller performance. You will also be responsible for evaluating the effectiveness of training programs and making necessary adjustments based on feedback and performance metrics.
You will collaborate with various stakeholders, including sales leaders and product teams, to align training content with business objectives. Your role will involve not only delivering training but also mentoring and supporting sellers as they navigate their onboarding journey. You will play a critical role in fostering a culture of learning and development within the sales organization, ensuring that all team members have the tools they need to succeed in a highly technical environment.
