Stripe is hiring an Account Executive for their Commercial team to drive new business acquisition. You'll be responsible for sourcing and closing new mid-market customers. This role requires a strong interest in technology and effective sales strategies.
You have a strong interest in technology and a deep understanding of the space, which allows you to effectively communicate the value of Stripe's products to potential customers. You are detail-oriented, with a fastidious approach to CRM hygiene and experience utilizing thorough sales forecasting metrics on a weekly and quarterly basis. You thrive in a high-velocity sales environment and are motivated by the challenge of acquiring new customers. Your previous experience at a growth stage Internet or Software company has equipped you with the skills necessary to succeed in this role. While experience in fintech or payments is a plus, it is not a prerequisite for your success.
As an Account Executive on the Commercial Business sales team, you will be responsible for sourcing and closing new business, executing outbound sales strategies, and running end-to-end sales cycles to bring new customers onto Stripe. You will identify high-potential prospective users and use effective prospecting strategies to generate leads that drive net-new revenue growth in your territory. Developing and implementing scaled sales strategies for acquiring new customers and driving adoption of Stripe’s products across new accounts will be a key part of your role. You will play a critical role in expanding Stripe’s reach by identifying high-potential prospects and converting them into long-term users of our platform. Your ability to communicate effectively and build relationships will be essential as you work to fuel Stripe’s growth by acquiring new mid-market customers. You will also help build out a new team and go-to-market (GTM) motion at Stripe, contributing to the overall success of the organization.
