You understand the intricacies of scaling systems and processes within a sales organization and have a proven track record of driving transformative initiatives. Your analytical skills allow you to assess and improve sales processes effectively, ensuring that the organization operates at peak efficiency. You are a collaborative leader who enjoys working with cross-functional teams and can communicate effectively with senior leaders to align on strategic goals. You are adaptable and thrive in a fast-paced environment, ready to tackle challenges head-on as the company grows.
In this role, you will play a critical part in scaling Samsara's sales operations. You will partner with senior leaders across the go-to-market teams to design, build, and run essential business capabilities.
