HubSpot is hiring a Mid-Market Account Executive to engage with small to medium-sized businesses and drive growth through proactive selling strategies. This role requires professional fluency in English and French, along with experience in a complex selling environment.
You have at least 3 years of experience in a quota-carrying sales role, demonstrating your ability to meet and exceed targets consistently. Your professional fluency in both English and French allows you to communicate effectively with diverse clients. You have a strong background in complex selling environments, having successfully presented and pitched to C-level executives on business change. Your experience includes managing a monthly and annual sales pipeline, showcasing your accuracy in forecasting and strategic planning. You are goal-oriented, with a proven track record of overachieving on monthly and annual targets. Additionally, you are trained or certified in a standardized sales method, such as Sandler, which enhances your sales approach.
As a Mid-Market Account Executive at HubSpot, you will be responsible for developing and executing your own annual, quarterly, and monthly territory business plan. You will actively seek new prospects from both inbound and self-sourced leads, engaging directly with small to medium-sized businesses. Your role will involve running qualification calls with C-level executives and department leaders, where you will leverage your expertise to close new business and expand existing accounts. You will sell through internal champions to multiple stakeholders, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of client needs. Collaboration is key in this role, as you will work closely with HubSpot's marketing and technology departments to evolve sales strategies in response to new features and products. You will also conduct online product demonstrations, showcasing the value of the HubSpot platform to potential clients.
