Glovo is seeking a R2R Finance Manager to oversee month-end closing and audit processes for their African legal entities. You'll lead a team of accountants and ensure compliance with reporting deadlines and local tax regulations.
You have a strong background in finance and accounting, with experience leading teams and managing complex financial processes. You understand the importance of compliance with local tax regulations and have a proven track record of meeting reporting deadlines. Your leadership skills enable you to guide and develop a team of accountants, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment. You are detail-oriented and analytical, capable of conducting thorough financial analyses to explain performance against business plans.
