What you'll do

You will independently plan, analyze, and maintain large-scale projects from conception through execution, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. Collaborating with TOM Operations Managers, you will establish clear business requirements, performance targets, and success metrics. You will champion new initiatives to optimize yard operations and processes, consistently striving to meet and exceed customer expectations. Your leadership will be crucial in driving process innovation and ensuring that the Transportation Line Haul network operates efficiently and effectively.
