What you'll do

As the Director of OEM Integrations, you will be responsible for defining and executing the OEM integrations strategy, identifying the best paths for integration that align with Tekion's vision. You will oversee the day-to-day operations of your team, ensuring that projects are executed efficiently and effectively. Your role will involve strengthening relationships with OEM partners in the US and Canada, ensuring that their needs are met and that integrations provide significant value. You will communicate key metrics and themes related to the team's performance across the organization, highlighting successes and addressing challenges. Additionally, you will continuously seek opportunities to enhance the value of Tekion's interface investments, impacting products and services positively.
