- Lead AI Engineering in model integration, optimization, large-scale cloud services and SW life-cycle management.
- Drive alignment and execution of key business goals in speech and audio synthesis.
- Define technology stack, guide and review key architectural decisions.
- Hire exceptional individuals and mentor team members in reaching their career goals.

- 5+ years of SW engineering team management experience
- Successful track record of delivering complex, large-scale cloud SW services (AWS/GCS/Azure)
- Excellent prioritization and collaboration skills- Masters's degree in computer science or equivalent
- Experience in working with transformer architectures
- Excellent problem solving skills in a fast-paced environment
