As an Outside Sales Representative at Hibu, you will be responsible for driving user acquisition and activation through effective sales strategies. You will engage with potential clients, presenting Hibu's best-in-class digital marketing offerings in partnership with major platforms like Google and Facebook. Your role will involve conducting market research to identify new sales opportunities and building relationships with clients to understand their needs and how Hibu can meet them. You will participate in extensive training programs, including three weeks of classroom training followed by nine weeks of field training, ensuring you are well-equipped to succeed in your role. You will also have the opportunity to earn recognition and incentives, including the chance to participate in the annual President’s Club Trip, celebrating top performers in the company.
Hibu offers a competitive compensation structure with on-target earnings between $90,000 and $110,000 in your first year, with the potential for growth in subsequent years. You will receive a base salary, expense allowance, and mileage reimbursement, along with the opportunity to earn uncapped commissions and bonuses.
