What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for building the Pipeline Programs function from the ground up. This includes setting an overarching pipeline strategy that aligns with Samsara's mission to improve the safety, efficiency, and sustainability of physical operations. You will create programs and playbooks that enable sellers to efficiently create quality pipelines, driving revenue growth and maximizing profitability. Your focus on Pipeline Excellence will involve designing the cadence for pipeline reviews and ensuring that best practices are standardized across the organization.

You will partner closely with senior leadership to operationalize programs and ensure alignment with strategic objectives. Your role will require you to collaborate with various teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure that pipeline strategies are effectively implemented and that all stakeholders are engaged in the process. You will also be responsible for analyzing pipeline performance metrics and making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
