Verkada is seeking a National Channel Sales Manager to drive growth through strategic partnerships with Physical Security Integrators. You'll collaborate across teams to build pipeline and execute channel strategies. This role requires strong sales acumen and strategic thinking.
You have a proven track record in sales management, particularly in the technology or security sectors, with a focus on building and managing strategic partnerships. Your experience includes developing sales strategies that drive measurable growth and success. You are adept at collaborating with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and partner management, to achieve business objectives. You possess strong communication skills, enabling you to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels. You are results-oriented and thrive in a fast-paced environment, always looking for ways to improve processes and outcomes. You understand the importance of data-driven decision-making and are comfortable using analytics to inform your strategies.
Experience in the physical security industry or related fields is a plus. Familiarity with channel sales models and partner ecosystems will enhance your ability to succeed in this role. A background in technology sales, particularly in cloud-based solutions, will be beneficial. You are passionate about technology and its role in enhancing safety and efficiency for organizations.
In this role, you will be responsible for driving net new business through the channel by building and managing relationships with Convergint, one of Verkada's most strategic Physical Security Integrators. You will develop and execute a channel strategy that aligns with Verkada's overall business goals. Your day-to-day activities will include identifying new business opportunities, building a robust sales pipeline, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure successful execution of sales initiatives. You will analyze market trends and customer needs to inform your strategies and drive growth. You will also be responsible for tracking performance metrics and reporting on sales activities to senior management. Your role will require you to stay informed about industry developments and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
