DoorDash is hiring a DashMart Team Member to manage inventory and fulfill customer orders in Mountain View, CA. This role requires a motivated individual who thrives in physical environments and is eager to engage in daily operations.
You are a motivated individual who excels in fast-paced, physical environments. You enjoy rolling up your sleeves and actively engaging in day-to-day operations. You understand the importance of inventory management and are committed to ensuring product quality and freshness. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately receiving and stocking inventory, ensuring all products are accounted for and safeguarded against loss or theft. You will monitor product quality and freshness, ensuring proper product rotation while following all HACCP, food-handling, and spoilage management processes. You will use technology similar to smartphone devices to scan packages, pick and stage orders, and conduct handoffs to Dashers. You will communicate clearly and pleasantly with customers through the app when substitution approvals are needed. Additionally, you will maintain a safe working environment by performing all duties in compliance with DashMart safety and security standards and complete all cleaning and warehouse organization tasks as assigned by management.
