SpaceX is hiring a Mechanical Engineer for the Starship Launch Infrastructure team in Cape Canaveral. You'll focus on designing large-scale mechanisms and actuation systems to support the rapid development of Starship facilities. This role requires expertise in mechanical engineering and design.
You are a Mechanical Engineer with a strong background in designing and developing large-scale mechanisms and systems. You have experience with electromechanical and fluid power actuation systems, which are crucial for supporting the rapid development of infrastructure for the Starship program. Your expertise in AutoCAD and SolidWorks allows you to create detailed designs and analyses for complex engineering projects. You possess a solid understanding of mechanical engineering principles and methodologies, and you are comfortable performing both standard and complex engineering analyses.
