Developer Engagement Representative - Saudi Arabia (Part-Time Contract)

You have a strong understanding of community engagement and are excited to connect with developers and creators. You are adaptable and ready to learn about Roblox's moderation rules and guidelines to effectively communicate with the community. You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy planning events that inspire and connect people.

You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to engage effectively with potential partners within the developer community. You are organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing programs from concept through to successful completion. You are also open to supporting translation and localization efforts to ensure that all communications resonate with the local audience.

Desirable

Experience in community management or developer relations would be a plus, as well as familiarity with online and offline event planning. A background in gaming or technology can enhance your ability to connect with the developer community.

What you'll do

In this role, you will develop a deep understanding of Roblox's moderation rules and guidelines to effectively engage with the developer community. You will identify and connect with potential partners, building and maintaining a strong partnership pipeline that supports the growth of the local creator community. You will plan and execute both online and offline community events, workshops, and initiatives that inspire developers and foster connections across regions.

You will manage programs from initial concept through to successful completion, setting clear goals, tracking milestones, and measuring outcomes to ensure the effectiveness of your initiatives. Your role will also involve supporting translation and localization efforts, ensuring that programs, communications, and resources are accessible and relevant to the local audience.
