What you'll do

As the Accounts Payable Manager at Astranis, you will lead the accounts payable function, ensuring that all financial transactions are processed accurately and efficiently. You will oversee invoice processing, vendor management, and payment execution, playing a critical role in maintaining the integrity of the company's financial operations. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing policies and procedures to enhance the accounts payable process, ensuring compliance with company standards and regulations.

You will collaborate with Procurement to manage vendor relationships and negotiate favorable terms. Working closely with the Engineering and Finance teams, you will ensure that all payments are executed in a timely manner, supporting the company's operational needs. You will also be responsible for managing the corporate travel and expense program, ensuring that all expenses are tracked and reported accurately.

In this role, you will analyze accounts payable data to identify trends and areas for improvement. You will provide regular reports to senior management, highlighting key metrics and insights that can inform decision-making. Your leadership will be essential in building a scalable accounts payable function that can adapt to the company's growth and evolving needs.
