What you'll do

As the founding manager of the Observability Architect team, you will be responsible for defining the vision and strategy for the team — you will lead the development of customer solutions that leverage the Grafana LGTM Stack, ensuring that they meet the highest standards of performance and reliability. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering and product management, to align on customer needs and drive the implementation of effective observability strategies. Your role will involve mentoring and developing your team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement. You will also engage directly with customers to understand their challenges and provide insights that help shape the direction of the product. Your leadership will be crucial in establishing best practices and processes that enhance the team's efficiency and effectiveness.
