TripActions is seeking a Mid-Market Account Manager to drive revenue by ensuring client satisfaction and maximizing the value of the Navan platform. You'll build strong relationships with clients and collaborate with various teams to achieve program goals.
You have a strong background in account management, ideally with experience in managing mid-market clients. You excel at building deep relationships and function as a trusted advisor to your clients, ensuring they are happy and maximizing the value they derive from the Navan platform. You possess a data-driven mindset with a keen attention to detail, and you thrive in a fast-paced environment where change is the only constant. Your high energy and go-getter attitude enable you to take the initiative and get things done effectively. You are highly intelligent, passionate, and driven, with a high emotional quotient that allows you to connect with clients and colleagues alike. A bachelor’s degree is preferred, or you have similar work experience that equips you for this role.
As an Account Manager, you will manage all post-sales activities for Mid-Market customers through strong relationship-building, product knowledge, planning, and execution. You will develop trusted advisor relationships with clients, from program administrators up to C-suite executives, ensuring that program goals are aligned and that clients are unlocking maximum value from partnering with Navan to manage their travel and expense programs. You will drive usage of the Navan platform by ensuring your clients manage 100% of their T&E programs through Navan. Your role will involve collaborating closely with our Sales, Product, Finance, Support, and Operations teams to ensure we are delighting our clients, exceeding goals, and driving the majority of revenue for Navan. You will also own the renewal of your accounts and cross-sell adjacent products from across our portfolio, making your role highly visible and impactful within the organization.
