What you'll do

In this role, you will monitor key social and community channels using Sprinklr to track brand mentions, user sentiment, and emerging trends. You will provide regular analytical reports on follower growth, engagement, and content performance, summarizing key learnings and areas for optimization. You will support the Social Media team by analyzing post and campaign performance to inform future strategies. Your goal will be to organically grow our digital developer community through engaging content and meaningful interactions. You will also be responsible for driving our editorial calendar in the APAC region, ensuring that our content resonates with our audience. You will engage directly with our community, responding to inquiries and fostering a sense of belonging among users. Your insights will help shape broader marketing strategies, as you deliver actionable quarterly reports to key partners.
