CLEAR is hiring a Senior Enterprise Account Executive to drive the expansion of their cybersecurity solutions. You'll engage with enterprise organizations, focusing on CISOs and information security teams. This role requires deep cybersecurity expertise and a proven track record in strategic selling.

Who you are

You have over 5 years of experience in enterprise sales, particularly within the cybersecurity sector — you've successfully navigated complex sales cycles and have a strong understanding of the challenges faced by information security teams. Your expertise in cybersecurity allows you to effectively communicate the value of identity and security solutions to executive stakeholders, particularly CISOs. You are a strategic seller who thrives in high-stakes environments, and you have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.

You possess excellent communication and negotiation skills — you can articulate complex technical concepts in a way that resonates with both technical and non-technical audiences. Your ability to build relationships with key decision-makers has been instrumental in your success, and you understand the importance of trust and credibility in the sales process. You are results-driven and motivated by the opportunity to contribute to a company's growth in a critical area of enterprise technology.

Desirable

Experience working with Fortune 500 companies is a plus, as is familiarity with biometric identity solutions. You have a network of contacts within the cybersecurity industry that you can leverage to drive sales. A background in technology sales, particularly in identity management or security solutions, will set you apart.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the growth of CLEAR’s biometric identity and security solutions within the cybersecurity market. You will be responsible for managing the full sales lifecycle for complex enterprise deals, which includes prospecting, solution development, pricing, negotiation, and contracting. Your focus will be on high-impact engagements with Fortune 500 companies, where you will communicate how CLEAR's platform mitigates insider threats and enhances security posture.

You will collaborate closely with internal teams to develop tailored solutions that meet the unique needs of each client. Your role will involve conducting market research to identify potential clients and understanding their specific cybersecurity challenges. You will also be responsible for preparing and delivering compelling presentations that showcase the value of CLEAR's offerings.

As a Senior Enterprise Account Executive, you will play a key role in shaping identity strategies for leading enterprises. You will work closely with the marketing and product teams to ensure that our solutions align with market demands and client expectations. Your insights will help drive product development and marketing strategies, ensuring that CLEAR remains at the forefront of the cybersecurity industry.
