In this role, you will set the strategic direction for Netflix's brand channels in the Nordics, ensuring that multiple campaigns run smoothly alongside day-to-day content. You will lead the daily operations of the channels, ensuring that the right content reaches the right audience at the right time. You will collaborate with agency partners to develop reactive content that responds to current trends and audience interests. Your goal will be to consistently increase audience engagement and drive channel growth, creating vibrant spaces for Netflix fandoms to thrive. You will monitor performance metrics closely, using data to inform your strategies and make adjustments as needed. You will also stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to ensure Netflix remains a leader in social media engagement. You will work closely with the Senior Social Marketing Manager to align your strategies with broader marketing goals and initiatives.
