Who you are

You have a proven track record in customer success, ideally with 3-5 years of experience in managing client relationships and driving product adoption. You understand the importance of customer engagement and are skilled at fostering long-term partnerships that lead to business growth. You are adept at understanding unique business goals and can provide tailored support to help clients achieve their desired outcomes. Your communication skills are top-notch, allowing you to effectively convey product value and drive satisfaction among your clients. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. You are proactive in identifying opportunities for upselling and renewals, ensuring that your clients are not only satisfied but also advocates for the product.

What you'll do

In this role, you will take ownership of a portfolio of clients, guiding them through their post-implementation journey and ensuring their ongoing success with Vonage's suite of communication tools. You will develop strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and leveraging your product expertise to provide the necessary support. Your success will be measured by customer retention rates, product adoption levels, and overall client satisfaction. You will collaborate with the Account Management team to drive adoption and growth across the existing customer base, while also nurturing new opportunities. Your responsibilities will include conducting regular check-ins with clients, providing training and resources to enhance their experience, and addressing any concerns they may have. You will also analyze customer feedback and usage data to identify trends and areas for improvement, ensuring that Vonage continues to meet the evolving needs of its clients.
