Job Description

Amazon is looking for an enthusiastic candidate to join the fast paced world of Payroll operations. We are not an average retailer and this is definitely not your average payroll position reporting in through Amazon Finance Operations. We’re looking for exceptional people with great communication, problem solving skills, Payroll and/or Accounts Receivable experience, and customer service passion.


Amazon seeks an Employee Receivable Sr.Analyst, Payroll with at least 2 yrs of experience in Payroll and/or Accounts Receivable Collections in a large customer-oriented corporate environment. The position will support the EMEA and/or LATAM regions.


Responsibilities also include:
- Knowledge of payslip calculations
- Inform, Follow up, Collect any open over payments/receivables and improve Collection effectiveness
- Handle customer queries related to Over payments
- Provide support and assist in resolving employee queries.
- Work with multiple stakeholder teams to understand root cause of over payments and provide details to employee.
- Work closely with Payroll Operations for providing better employee experience and improve collection effectiveness

· 2+ years of relevant experience in Payroll or Accounts Receivable Collections.
· Bilingual in any of the following combinations of languages:
English-Spanish
English-Czech
English-Slovak
English-Dutch
English-French
English-German
English-Italian
English-Polish
English-Romanian
· Good written and oral communication skills
· Flexible to work in shifts

- Knowledge on Payroll/Taxes
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Prior experience in Payroll process
