Earnin is seeking a Mid-Level Software Engineer to join their backend teams in Bengaluru. You'll contribute to the design and development of backend services in a hybrid work environment. This role requires experience in backend engineering.
You are an experienced backend engineer with a passion for building scalable systems. You have a strong understanding of backend services and enjoy working cross-functionally with various teams to deliver high-quality products. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are eager to contribute to the growth of a pioneering company in the financial technology space.
You have a resourceful mindset and are capable of breaking down complex problems to their essentials. You are comfortable with designing and implementing features that can handle high scale, ensuring that the solutions you create are robust and efficient. You understand the importance of writing clean, maintainable code and are committed to continuous learning and development.
Experience with cloud platforms and modern development practices would be a plus. Familiarity with agile methodologies and a proactive approach to problem-solving will help you succeed in this role.
As a Mid-Level Software Engineer at Earnin, you will be responsible for designing and implementing features that enhance our backend services. You will collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Your role will involve driving the implementation of new features and ensuring they are robust enough for our high scale.
You will participate in code reviews and contribute to the overall architecture of our systems. Your insights will help shape the direction of our backend services, and you will have the opportunity to mentor junior engineers as they grow in their roles. You will also engage in troubleshooting and debugging to resolve any issues that arise in production, ensuring a seamless experience for our users.
