Celonis is seeking a Lead Project Manager to support end-to-end implementations of their Process Intelligence technology. You'll collaborate with sales and partners to establish value propositions and create statements of work. This role requires strong project management skills and experience in SaaS environments.
You have a proven track record in project management, particularly in the SaaS industry, with experience in leading complex implementations. Your ability to articulate product positioning and collaborate with cross-functional teams sets you apart. You understand the importance of customer engagement and are skilled at building lasting relationships with stakeholders. You thrive in environments where you can leverage your technical knowledge to drive product adoption and ensure successful project outcomes. You are detail-oriented and possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to convey complex ideas clearly and effectively. You are adaptable and can navigate the challenges that come with managing multiple projects simultaneously.
In this role, you will oversee the implementation of Celonis’ technology for our largest and most strategic customers. You will work closely with sales, partners, and value engineering teams to define the services value proposition and create comprehensive statements of work. Your responsibilities will include managing project timelines, ensuring deliverables are met, and facilitating communication between all parties involved. You will assist customers in understanding best practices and building enduring capabilities within their organizations. Your role will also involve monitoring project progress and making adjustments as necessary to meet customer needs and expectations. You will be a key player in driving product adoption and ensuring that customers derive maximum value from Celonis’ offerings.
