Fivetran is hiring an Account Executive for their Enterprise team to deepen relationships with existing customers and drive growth. You'll collaborate with technical and marketing teams to deliver tailored solutions. This role requires experience in account management and strategic planning.

Job Description

Who you are

You have a strong background in account management, ideally with experience in enterprise sales. You understand the importance of building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives, and you excel at identifying growth opportunities within existing accounts. Your ability to collaborate cross-functionally with technical, product, and marketing teams allows you to deliver tailored solutions that meet customer needs. You are data-driven and can leverage insights to inform your strategies and decisions. You thrive in a remote work environment and are comfortable managing your time and priorities effectively.

What you'll do

In this role, you will drive growth by identifying and capitalizing on revenue expansion opportunities within high-potential enterprise accounts. You will conduct comprehensive discovery sessions with existing customers to uncover additional use cases and opportunities for cross-sell and up-sell initiatives. Building and strengthening relationships with key stakeholders within customer organizations will be crucial to your success, ensuring alignment and satisfaction. You will develop and implement strategic account plans focused on customer satisfaction, retention, and growth, aligning customer goals with Fivetran’s objectives. Collaborating closely with technical, product, and marketing teams, you will ensure that customer needs are understood and addressed effectively.
