You have extensive experience in compliance auditing, particularly in BSA/AML and OFAC regulations. Your background includes a deep understanding of financial crimes and risk management, allowing you to assess governance and control effectiveness effectively. You are skilled in developing actionable insights and influencing senior stakeholders through data-driven analysis and clear communication.

What you'll do

In this role, you will independently plan and execute complex, risk-based audits with a primary focus on BSA/AML and sanctions compliance. You will leverage your expertise to assess governance, risk management, and control effectiveness across Pathward’s products and services. Your work will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

You will develop comprehensive audit plans, conduct fieldwork, and prepare detailed reports that highlight findings and recommendations. Your ability to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders will be crucial in driving improvements and ensuring adherence to compliance standards.
