Who you are

You have 5+ years of experience in customer success management, particularly with enterprise-level clients, and you understand the complexities involved in managing high-value accounts. Your strategic thinking and consultative problem-solving skills enable you to identify customer needs and align them with business goals effectively.

You excel at building and fostering deep relationships with stakeholders at all levels of an organization, ensuring that you understand their challenges and can provide tailored solutions. Your ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences is a key strength that you bring to the table.

You are proactive in managing risks and removing roadblocks for your customers, ensuring they achieve their desired outcomes with the products and services you support. Your deep product knowledge allows you to guide customers in maximizing their return on investment with HubSpot.

You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with cross-functional teams such as Sales, Marketing, and Product to ensure a seamless customer experience. Your experience in driving product adoption and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling is a significant asset.

Desirable

Experience with CRM tools, particularly HubSpot, is highly desirable. Familiarity with data-driven decision-making and metrics tracking will enhance your ability to demonstrate value to customers.

What you'll do

As the Lead Customer Success Manager, you will oversee the customer experience for a portfolio of 30-40 enterprise-level accounts, focusing on retention and growth. You will coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure alignment with their business goals and use cases, developing long-term partnerships that drive success.

Your role will involve using strategic thinking to help customers achieve measurable business outcomes, guiding them through the adoption of existing tools and identifying new use cases. You will proactively manage risks and address any challenges that arise, ensuring that customers feel supported and valued throughout their journey with HubSpot.

You will collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement strategies that enhance the customer experience, leveraging your insights to inform product development and marketing initiatives. Your ability to analyze customer feedback and usage data will be crucial in driving improvements and demonstrating the value of HubSpot's offerings.
