Infinite Machine is hiring a Business Operations Associate to support core operational tasks across the company. You'll work closely with various teams to improve processes and maintain internal tools. This role requires a few years of operational experience.
You have a few years of experience in operations, ideally within a fast-paced environment where you've contributed to supply chain, logistics, and customer experience. You are a strong individual contributor who enjoys hands-on work and thrives in a collaborative setting. You have a knack for identifying inefficiencies and are eager to improve processes through better documentation and automation. Your analytical skills allow you to assist with data analysis and reporting, providing insights that inform operational decisions. You are comfortable working with cross-functional teams and can effectively communicate with stakeholders across various departments.
Experience with internal tooling and operational workflows is a plus. Familiarity with logistics and inventory tracking will help you excel in this role. A background in customer support coordination can also be beneficial as you will be supporting customer workflows. If you have experience in project management or have worked on strategic initiatives, that will be advantageous as well.
In this role, you will execute and support day-to-day operational workflows across the business, focusing on logistics, inventory tracking, and customer support coordination. You will maintain and update internal tools, trackers, and dashboards to ensure that the team has accurate and timely information. Your responsibilities will include supporting cross-functional projects that span multiple teams, helping to coordinate tasks, timelines, and follow-through. You will assist with data analysis, reporting, and models that inform operational and business decisions. Additionally, you will identify gaps or inefficiencies in existing processes and help document or improve them over time. You will support strategic initiatives such as new product and business line launches, geographic expansion, and organizational change management. Partnering with Sales, CX, Supply Chain, and Finance, you will work to unblock issues and keep work moving forward.
