You are a dedicated Maintenance Technician who enjoys variety in your work and takes pride in keeping properties in top condition. You have a knack for problem-solving and are committed to providing excellent customer service to ensure guests and homeowners have exceptional experiences. You understand the importance of preventative maintenance and are skilled in troubleshooting issues related to appliances, HVAC, plumbing, and wifi. You are comfortable coordinating with third-party vendors and participating in on-call coverage for urgent issues. You possess a valid driver’s license and are at least 18 years of age, with a clean driving record if required to drive a company vehicle.

What you'll do

In this role, you will travel between multiple vacation rental properties daily, performing a variety of maintenance tasks. Your responsibilities will include conducting general repairs and preventative maintenance to ensure that all properties meet company standards for guest satisfaction and efficiency. You will troubleshoot and resolve issues related to appliances, HVAC systems, plumbing, and wifi connectivity. Additionally, you will coordinate with third-party vendors for specialized repairs and participate in on-call coverage to address urgent maintenance issues as they arise. Your role is crucial in maintaining the quality and functionality of the properties, ensuring that guests have a pleasant stay.

You will receive competitive compensation ranging from $18 to $21 per hour, depending on your skills and experience. Eligible employees may also receive a car allowance of up to $100 per month.
