You are skilled in driving sustainable delivery of roadmap initiatives while championing modern development practices such as test-driven development and continuous improvement. You thrive in collaborative environments and are adept at working closely with cross-functional teams including Product, QA, and Customer Success.

Desirable

You have experience in the Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) domain, which will help you understand the market and the needs of your customers better. Familiarity with modern software development methodologies and tools is a plus, as is a passion for mentoring and developing talent within your team.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead a team responsible for building and enhancing LogicGate's Risk Cloud SaaS application. You will be accountable for the technical execution of projects, ensuring that your team meets timelines and quality standards. You will set the technical direction for your team, guiding them through complex challenges and helping them grow in their roles. You will collaborate with Product and QA teams to shape the technical strategy and ensure that the product meets customer needs. Your leadership will drive team velocity and foster a culture of continuous improvement, where team members are encouraged to take ownership of their work and contribute to the overall success of the organization.
