You have a strong background in technical accounting and financial reporting, with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role. You are adept at navigating complex financial landscapes and have a proven track record of leading teams through periods of growth and change. Your strategic mindset allows you to align financial operations with broader business objectives, ensuring compliance and accuracy in reporting. You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. You are hands-on and enjoy mentoring your team, fostering an environment of growth and development.
Experience with M&A integration and IPO readiness is highly desirable, as is familiarity with AI-driven product revenue models. You have a keen interest in leveraging technology to enhance financial systems and processes, ensuring scalability and agility in operations.
