What you'll do

As a Publisher Operations Analyst at Yext, you will be responsible for investigating, escalating, and resolving technical issues that arise across a network of over 200 publishers, including major platforms like Google, Apple, Facebook, Bing, and Yelp. Your role will involve becoming a Publisher Specialist, where you will master the necessary concepts and workflows to effectively address challenges. You will engage in diverse collaboration, presenting information appropriately for various audiences, ensuring clarity and understanding in all communications. Your contributions will help enhance the brand visibility platform that Yext provides, turning digital presence into a competitive advantage.
