Who you are

You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, along with 8 years of experience in software development. With 5 years of experience testing and launching software products, you are well-versed in the full software development lifecycle. Your expertise spans both back-end technologies such as Java, Python, Golang, or C++, and front-end technologies including JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS. You have a strong background in distributed systems and Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA), focusing on high scalability, reliability, throughput, and low latency. In addition, you have spent at least 3 years in a technical leadership role, guiding project teams and setting technical direction.

You possess excellent communication skills and a collaborative working approach, which allows you to effectively influence and coach a distributed team of engineers. Your understanding of Ads tech and the key issues related to ads privacy and safety is a significant asset. You are committed to delivering high-quality user experiences and thrive in cross-functional environments.

Desirable

A Master’s degree or PhD in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field would be a plus. Experience working on cross-business projects is also desirable, as it enhances your ability to navigate complex organizational structures.

What you'll do
