Handshake is seeking Medical Secretaries and Administrative Assistants to contribute to an AI training project. You'll leverage your professional experience to evaluate AI models and provide feedback. No prior AI experience is required.
You have at least 4 years of professional experience in roles such as medical secretary or administrative assistant, where you've coordinated and managed patient appointments, medical records, and insurance claims. Your background has equipped you with the skills to ensure efficient communication between patients and healthcare staff, and you are comfortable performing clerical duties such as transcribing and organizing information. You are adaptable and willing to learn new skills, particularly in the context of AI and technology. You understand the importance of providing clear, structured feedback to improve AI models, and you are excited about contributing to the development of AI in your field.
In this role, you will work independently on a flexible schedule, contributing to an AI research project that evaluates and trains AI models based on your professional experience. You will develop prompts that reflect your field and assess the responses generated by AI, providing valuable insights that enhance the model's understanding of workplace tasks and language. Your work will be asynchronous, allowing you to manage your time effectively while contributing to the project.
