You are skilled in building and expanding relationships with financing advisors and other stakeholders, ensuring effective communication of the company's financial story. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with executive leadership to align financial strategies with the company's growth objectives.

Desirable

Experience in infrastructure financing and a proven track record of executing complex financing transactions will set you apart. Familiarity with SPV formations and asset-backed facilities is a plus, as is a strong network within the capital markets community. You are adept at preparing due diligence materials and marketing documents that effectively convey the company's value proposition to potential lenders and partners.

What you'll do

In your role as Senior Director, you will lead Together's debt capital markets and corporate development strategy, directly supporting the company's infrastructure growth initiatives. You will be responsible for executing financing processes from start to finish, including outreach to lenders and advisors, negotiation of credit agreements, and transaction structuring. Your expertise will guide the company in forming strategic partnerships with lenders, ensuring that financing structures align with the company's long-term goals. You will manage relationships with key stakeholders, serving as the primary point of contact for all debt capital markets and corporate development activities. Your leadership will be crucial in driving the company's financing strategy, enabling Together to scale its infrastructure effectively.
