Dropbox is seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer to design and implement CPQ solutions that enhance the quote-to-cash process. You'll work closely with Sales, Finance, and IT teams, leveraging your expertise in Salesforce and programming languages like Java, C#, and Python. This role requires 8+ years of experience.
You are a skilled Senior Salesforce Developer with over 8 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce CPQ solutions. You have a strong background in object-oriented programming, particularly in languages such as Java, C#, and Python, which allows you to customize and enhance CPQ workflows effectively. Your experience in large-scale, global Salesforce environments has equipped you with the ability to manage complex system designs and integrations. You are adept at gathering and analyzing business requirements, translating them into technical solutions that align with organizational goals. Your strong problem-solving skills enable you to investigate and resolve issues in the CPQ ecosystem, ensuring high availability and reliability. You also have experience mentoring junior developers, guiding them in best practices and technical skills.
Experience with Salesforce Platform I or Admin certification is a plus, as is a background in mentoring team members. You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions that support business growth.
In this role, you will play a critical part in supporting Dropbox’s quote-to-cash process by designing and delivering scalable CPQ solutions. You will assist in the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce CPQ solutions that meet business requirements and enhance the overall quoting process. Collaborating with Sales, Finance, and IT teams, you will customize CPQ workflows to optimize the quoting process and ensure seamless product configuration and pricing. You will work closely with the ITS team to integrate CPQ systems with other business applications, ensuring a cohesive technology stack that supports business operations. Your responsibilities will also include performing thorough testing of CPQ solutions, managing deployments, and maintaining the stability of the Salesforce environment. Additionally, you will create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications and configuration guides, to support ongoing development and troubleshooting efforts.
Dropbox offers a competitive compensation package, with salaries ranging from $162,200 to $219,400 USD depending on your location within the United States.
