Overview

KnowBe4 is hiring a Mid-Market Renewal Specialist to manage customer renewals and upsell opportunities. You'll coordinate with Mid Market CSMs and provide pricing quotes. This role requires strong communication and organizational skills.

Who you are

You have experience in customer success or account management, ideally within the technology or cybersecurity sectors. You understand the importance of customer retention and have a knack for building strong relationships with clients. You are detail-oriented and can manage multiple accounts simultaneously, ensuring that each customer feels valued and understood. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with cross-functional teams to strategize on renewals and upsells. You are proactive in identifying customer needs and are skilled at providing tailored solutions that enhance customer satisfaction. You are comfortable using CRM tools to track customer interactions and opportunities, ensuring that no detail is overlooked.

What you'll do

As a Mid-Market Renewal Specialist, you will be responsible for managing all opportunities within your assigned customer portfolio. You will perform research to understand customer health and account status, which will inform your approach to renewals and upsells. You will coordinate with Mid-Market Customer Success Managers to strategize on the best ways to engage customers and maximize renewal rates. Your role will involve providing accurate pricing quotes for renewals and identifying opportunities for upselling additional services. You will also be expected to close these opportunities efficiently, ensuring a smooth process for the customer. Your success will be measured by your ability to maintain high customer retention rates and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
