What you'll do

As a Data Center Technical Support Engineering Operations Intern, you will assist in the operation and maintenance of all electrical, mechanical, and fire/life safety equipment within the data center. Your role will involve ensuring that the data center's systems operate at 100% availability while maintaining excellent customer service. You will work closely with experienced technicians to learn about the critical equipment that supports mission-critical servers, including stand-by diesel generators, switchgear, UPS’s, PDU’s, AHU’s, chillers, and cooling towers. You will also be involved in risk management and mitigation strategies, as well as corrective and preventative maintenance support of critical equipment. This internship will provide you with valuable hands-on experience in a fast-paced technical environment, allowing you to develop your skills and knowledge in data center operations.
