AppDirect is seeking an Associate Partner Marketing Specialist to support and scale their Provider Growth Program. You'll collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Provider Management to execute impactful initiatives. This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented and enjoys hands-on execution.
You are a highly collaborative and detail-oriented individual who thrives in a team environment. With a passion for marketing, you enjoy hands-on execution and process optimization. You have a keen interest in growing your strategic program skills and are eager to support the Provider Growth Program at AppDirect. Your ability to track commitments and maintain high standards of delivery will be essential in this role. You are comfortable working closely with various teams, including Marketing, Sales, and Provider Management, to ensure the success of sponsorship initiatives.
While not required, experience in marketing or program management would be beneficial. Familiarity with subscription commerce platforms or digital marketing strategies could enhance your contributions to the team. A proactive mindset and a willingness to learn will help you excel in this position.
In this role, you will participate in the creation and execution of the Provider Growth Program, which aims to accelerate growth for sponsors through strategic guidance and marketing expertise. You will manage day-to-day sponsorship deliverables, ensuring that all commitments are tracked and fulfilled. Your organizational skills will help keep timelines on schedule, and you will collaborate with internal teams to craft impactful initiatives that engage both AppDirect's team and the broader advisor community. You will also be responsible for optimizing processes to enhance the effectiveness of the program.
